Returns Policy

At hvacwarehousedirect.com we strive for excellent customer service. To that end, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we want to help. If there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service and we'll try to make it right for you. In the event you should choose to return product(s) you may do so by calling customer service and requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note no return will be accepted without an RMA.


Unused Merchandise

Merchandise in new, unused condition may be returned for refund within 30 days from date of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging with all instructions, manuals, accessories and packing material enclosed. Do not write on, label or otherwise deface the original product packaging (this does not apply to the outer shipping box, only the manufacturer's product packaging). The product must be free of any scratches, dents or damage. We cannot accept any products that have been installed or where installation has been attempted. To return new, unused products simply call customer service at 321-420-7803 and we will provide you with an RMA. You can e-mail us at returns@hvacwarehousedirect.com. The cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility.


Incorrect Orders

If you are returning merchandise because we have sent you an incorrect order, please call customer service to apprise us of the error. We will promptly send you the correct item, at no additional charge, and e-mail you a prepaid label for return shipping on the incorrect item. Please call us as soon as you receive the order and discover the error. These requests must be made within 30 days from merchandise delivery.


Packaging and Shipping your Return

Your order may be returned in the same packaging you received it in but you should inspect the box to make sure it is still in good condition. Boxes that have sustained a fair amount of damage in shipping should be replaced, use your best judgment. Be sure your RMA, all instructions, manuals, accessories, and packing material are enclosed. Any free or gift items associated with the order, must be returned with the order. Returns without an RMA will be refused so be sure that the RMA is written on the outside of the shipping box and the form is enclosed. If your order was shipped via freight, the product(s) must be secured to the pallet before shipping. The RMA can be placed in a Ziploc baggie or invoice pouch and attached to the outside of the box. Please be sure that, regardless of the carrier you select for your return, a tracking number will be provided. In addition to tracking, we would recommend that you invest in shipping insurance for your return order as we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping. Be sure to retain your tracking number until you have received confirmation from us that your order has been received and processed.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping. Returns billed to us via third party will be refused. You will then be held responsible for not only that third party billing but the return shipping back to you.


What we will not accept

  • We will refuse any returns or return requests made after 30 days.
  • All returns without Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused.
  • Returns that are missing pieces (manuals, accessories, instructions…) will not be accepted
  • Returns with destroyed or defaced product packaging cannot be accepted.
  • Products purchased as clearance items are not returnable
  • Special or custom orders cannot be returned.

Please Note

Returning part of an order which was sold as a “bundle,” with bundle pricing, will eliminate the bundle pricing and reduce the amount of your refund accordingly. Returning one piece of a bundle will result in a recalculation of all of the pieces. They will now be priced at their regular (non-bundle) pricing and the difference in pricing on all pieces will be subtracted from what you actually paid for the piece being returned. In other words, you will essentially end up having paid the full, regular price for the pieces you keep.
If you are returning an order which was sold under a free shipping promotion, the original shipping charges will be reinstated and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
