    Our call center hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

  3. Can I place an order without creating an account?
    If you do not wish to create a user account, you can choose the option to check out as a guest. You will still need to supply your name, address, contact phone number, and valid e-mail address. You can also place your order by phone (844-682-9482).

  4. What if I don't see exactly what I want on your website, can you still get it for me?
    If you are looking for a particular item and you don't see it on our website, please feel free to call us at 844-682-9482 or email us the specifics of your request at info@hvacwarehousedirect.com and we will see if it is a product that we can special order for you.

  5. What methods of payment do you take?
    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay with your PayPal account. If you would prefer to pay by check or Money Order, you can print out your oder and mail it with your check or money order. Once we receive your payment, we will process and ship your order.

  6. How do I know if my order went through?
    If you are ordering HVAC equipment we will send you an e-mail confirming your order.

  7. Who do you use for shipping?
    For standard parcels we will ship with either UPS or USPS. If your order is being shipped freight, we will ship through UPS.

  8. Will I get a tracking number?
    Yes, when your oder is shipped we will send you an e-mail with the ship date and tracking number.

  9. Do you offer expedited shipping service?
    Expedited shipping is an option we offer however, it is subject to availability in your location.

  10. I ordered next day air, why didn't I get it the next day?
    Choosing expedited shipping does not change the processing time for your order; it only affects the time in transit.

  11. What if I'm close by, can I pick my order up?
    Unfortunately, no, do not have a customer order pick up service. All orders will be shipped.

  12. Can you ship to my P.O. Box?
    No, you must supply a valid, physical street address for delivery. Most of the product is shipped through UPS and they are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

  13. Does the manufacturer still give a warranty even though I bought it online?
    Yes, all products have manufaturer warranty and are subject to the terms of that warranty. Please note that most HVAC equipment manufacturers will require installation and registration to be completed by licensed professionals. Failure to do so will render the warranty void.

  14. Do you offer any warranty in addition to the manufacturer?
    No, HVAC Warehouse Direct does not offer any product warranty over and above the manufacturer's warranty.

  15. What if I need warranty work done, who do I call?
    Call your local HVAC contractor for warranty work. With few exceptions, most of these contractors are approved to do this work.

  16. How do I know which system is right for me?
    The best way to find the right size and type of system is to contact a local HVAC professional who will examine your structure and existing equipment and calculate for heat load. We supply some information for making calculations for your self as a rough estimate but the only really correct way to do this is to have a contractor come to your location.

  17. Mini-splits seem easy to install, can I do it myself?
    HVAC equipment should always be installed by a professional.

  18. What is the difference between a mini-split and central air?
    With a central air conditioning system, the air in your home is circulated through a central air handler where the heat and moisture are removed before being returned cooled. With mini-splits, the air handlers are located in each room or zone allowing complete zone control. Central air conditioning systems tend to be less expensive to purchase and more expensive to install while ductless systems are more expensive to purchase and less expensive to install.
